Michael Christie

Michael Christie has amassed over 26 years experience in the field of graphic design, working with the private and public sectors. As a graduate of the State University of New York, Rockland College, Christie also holds an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences (AAS), a degree in Graphic Arts and Advertising Technology. In addition to his work at Design Studio, Christie has been lecturing in Desktop Publishing and Graphic Design at CARIMAC since 1992.

Courses Taught

Desktop Publishing

Learn how to design and publish your own newsletter and begin to master elements of print design. Students will learn how to use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and Quark Express to publish an array of printed material. You will learn how your newsletter can help you develop your own business or organisation. Participants must be computer literate.
